things i’ve been consuming this month.
Whoever said that being a parent is a series of very long days and very short years was right on point. This phrase could sound dire to some, but I can honestly share I have never felt so in the moment, so present since becoming a mother. There’s no doomscrolling aimlessly when a toddler requires your attention, and for that I’m grateful—even if a little tired.
How’s it November ending already?
Today is Monday and consequently one of those very long days, so let’s keep this simple. Here’s a list of some of my favorite things this past month:
A beautiful article detailing the journey of Little Amal, a 12-foot tall 9-year-old Syrian girl who trekked from Turkey to Britain in search of her mother.
Harry Styles has launched a new beauty line named Pleasing. The biggest differentiator seems to be its beautiful packaging and I’m not above falling for such antics.
In case you want to know what the kids are into these days, apparently is something called Dreamcore.
I always get excited when opening an email by Subtle Maneuvers, a biweekly newsletter on the routines and rituals of famous creatives.
